All the affiliated Units & Gym Owners & Coaches and Bodybuilders are pleased to inform you that 71st MR. & JR. MR. Pakistan & Mr. Fitness physique (Pakistan), Mr. Classic physique (Pakistan) & Mr. Master (Pakistan) & 71st MR. & JR. MR. Punjab Bodybuilding & 1st Mr. & Jr Mr. Super Lahore, 2023 Bodybuilding Contests will be held from 3rd to 5th March, 2023 at Lahore.

 

Weighing: 

It will be held on 3rd March 2023 from 10am at MAX FITNESS CENTER & GYM, 40 Umer Road, Near Islampura Police Station, Islampura, Lahore.

 Final:

It will be held on 5th March 2023 started from 10am at Mehfil theatre, Abbot Road, Lahore.
